WHAT I DO

PLUMBING FOR HOMES AND SMALL BUSINESSES

I’m Riley, a licensed plumber based in Frankston. Below is the everyday work I take on, and roughly what to expect. If what you need isn’t listed, ring me anyway.

Hot water

Repairs, replacements and new installs, electric and gas. If your unit is leaking, running cold, or taking longer than it used to, it's usually the element, the thermostat, or the unit has simply had its day. I'll tell you honestly which one it is, and whether it's worth repairing or replacing. Most replacements I can get sorted within the same week.

Blocked drains

Cleared properly, not just pushed along so it comes back next month. I'll find what actually caused it, clear it, and show you what it was so you can avoid it happening again. Often same day.

Leaks & burst pipes

Found and fixed without knocking holes in half your wall looking for it. If a pipe has let go, shut the water off at the mains and call me. The faster it's isolated, the less damage you're dealing with.

Taps & toilets

Dripping taps, running toilets, mixers that have stopped mixing. Small jobs, quick to fix, and a running toilet quietly costs you more on the water bill than the repair does.

General maintenance

Fixtures, fittings and the general upkeep that stops small problems turning into expensive ones. Handy if you're a landlord or you've just moved into an older place and want someone to look it over.

TMV & backflow testing

Annual compliance testing for commercial sites and facilities. I'm licensed and endorsed for both. There's a full page on this if you run a business that needs it.

Not sure if it's something I can take on? Just ask. If it's not my trade, I'll tell you straight and point you to someone who does it.

Three things, every job

On time

If I say I'll be there, I'm there. You get a call if anything changes.

Price first

You know what it costs before I pick up a tool. No surprises on the invoice.

Clean finish

I tidy up before I leave. You shouldn't be able to tell I was there.

NEED A HAND WITH ANY OF IT?

Tell me your suburb and what’s going on, and I’ll come back to you with a price.
