I'm Riley, a licensed plumber based in Frankston. I've worked across enough jobs to know what separates a good plumber from a frustrating one, and it usually isn't the plumbing. It's whether they turn up when they said they would, whether the price on the invoice matches the one they quoted, and whether they leave your house the way they found it.
That's the whole reason I went out on my own. When you call me, you get me. Not a call centre, and not a different subcontractor each time. I'll tell you honestly whether something needs fixing or replacing, even when replacing would earn me more, because I'd rather you rang me again in five years than felt squeezed once.
